Cookie policy
Translation. This text is a translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the authoritative one and prevails in case of any discrepancy (https://atrazos.app/cookies?lang=es)
This policy explains what is stored in your browser when you visit https://atrazos.app and on your phone when you use the A Trazos app, in accordance with article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE, the Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act).
1. Summary
- The A Trazos website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use advertising, trackers or third-party analytics. It does count, without cookies and without knowing who you are, what happens on the showcases (section 2).
- Nothing that is stored is used to track you or to build a profile of you.
- Everything that is stored is technical and necessary for what you ask for to work; that is why the law does not require us to ask for your consent, but it does require us to tell you about it.
2. On the website
| What | Who stores it | What for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Showcase cart (the browser’s local storage), one per showcase | The website itself, in your browser | To remember the pieces you add to a showcase’s cart, with their quantity, name and price, until you send the request. The pieces and their quantities only leave your browser to show you the request or to answer “Will it make it in time?”, and they are not stored anywhere until you send the request | Until you send the request, empty the cart or clear the site data |
| Security check | Our web security provider, only on the forms for sending a request, opening an order with its code or sending a notice | To check that you are not a robot before the submission is accepted | For as long as the check lasts |
The website does not load typefaces, photos, statistics or other third-party resources: the photos of the showcases and of the orders are served by the website itself (atrazos.app), so when you view them your browser does not connect to anyone else or receive cookies from anyone. The only exception is the security check on those three forms.
Counts without cookies. The showcases count how many times each page is opened and what is done on them (adding or removing a piece, swiping through the photos, sharing a link, tapping a contact button, checking “Will it make it in time?”, opening the request form) without storing anything in your browser: they use no cookies and no local storage, do not store your IP address and do not identify you. They are daily counts; the Privacy policy (https://atrazos.app/privacidad) explains them.
3. In the app
The app does not use cookies. It stores on your phone only what it needs in order to work:
| What | What for |
|---|---|
| Your session, stored securely | So that you do not have to sign in every time |
| Your preferences: language, theme, text size, time format and similar | To remember how you want the app to look |
| A temporary copy of your data (up to 72 hours), without postal addresses or the reasons for absences, which is deleted when you sign out and when the app is updated | So that the app opens quickly and works on a poor connection |
| The version of the legal texts you accepted and a copy of those texts | To know whether there is anything new to accept and to be able to show them offline |
| Unsent text you had started writing and notices you have already seen | So that you do not lose what you were writing and are not shown the same notices again |
| The changes you make without a connection (stages, hours, the day plan, marking an order as packed) and the timer of the stage in progress, until they are saved on the server or you discard them | So that your work is not lost and is saved when the connection comes back |
| When you ask by email for a link to sign up, sign in or change your password: a one-time code, stored securely, and the email address you asked for it with, until you finish or the link expires | To open only the links this phone asked for |
| If you turn on locking with Face ID or fingerprint, its settings | To protect the app |
| The notification token, if you allow notifications | To send you alerts about your orders |
If the app crashes, it sends a technical error report (without your name or your email address) to our error monitoring provider so that we can fix it. The Privacy policy (https://atrazos.app/privacidad) explains this.
4. How to delete it
- On the website: delete the site data for atrazos.app in your browser settings. You can also block third-party cookies; the website will keep working.
- In the app: sign out, or delete the app to erase everything it stores on your phone. Notifications are turned off in your phone’s settings.
5. Changes
If we ever store anything in your browser or on your phone that is not strictly necessary (for example, statistics cookies), we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
